Precision Machining:

All Axis supplies high quality, precision machined parts to a variety of customers. While All Axis caters to the customer and their process and requirements, they do offer a tolerance of +/- 0.0001" and often work with micro components of 0.125" or less in diameter. Not a lot of shops like to machine graphite, but All Axis is more than familiar with this finicky material, and many more.

Low to High Volume CNC Machining:

The components may be one-off prototype runs to full production runs of 100+ pieces. All Axis will work specifically with a customer to produce the best quality part for less by supplying time and cost studies of the components and work performed. 

Assembly, Sub-Assembly and Coatings:

All Axis doesn't just end at the machining of components. From assembly, sub-assembly and coatings and material treatments, All Axis has the capabilities to eliminate the need for multiple suppliers.
